Delaying monsoon panics farmers in Khandesh:
Mrgua Nakshatra is ending on 22nd June and would follow Adra Nakshatra arrival. Whole Khandesh region still waits raining in good form making farmers’ panic around. Entire Khandesh had intense summer heat stroke in May and this raised hopes of farmers of wonderful rainfall ahead. June began with humid approach, cyclonic winds and mixed climatic conditions. Such conditions have thrown around 1.75 Lakh hectares based crop and around 13 Lakh hectares land cultivation still pending for the same. Agriculture in region has more yields expectation in Kharip than Rubby cultivation and has most of its efforts applied here.
