Jalgaon city traffic conditions worsens

:
Jalgaon city Municipal Corporation recently announced its plan to introduce no-entry for heavy motor vehicles in city to ease traffic conditions. In practical situation, Jalgaon city’s major market areas have large amount of encroachments and hawkers paralysing smooth movement of traffic. District Police in response to this no-entry announced has also urged Corporation to look in encroachment issue first and then introduce such bans. Corporation is affirm on its stand has announced introducing barricades in city’s major entry point during banned hours and has plans to introduce its own police guards to execute this.
Corporation as local governance authority need to evaluate the traffic situation and significant rise in two and four wheelers. There is no major road addition or flyover in city areas and as a result moving with vehicles is turning towards impossible in major zones. Contrary to other large cities, not just Corporation owned markets but all major private markets or complexes build up also do not have parking spaces. Leaving behind everything, the banking boon witnessed by city is also turning to a big headache in traffic management as most of bank locations setup themselves do not have desired parking spaces in spite of the well-known fact that banks have major flow of visitors. City strongly needs planned approach in tackling traffic issues and quickly introducing new roads, routes and pass-away roads and governing authorities to have purview of citizen needs in growth curve rather always being in anti-state, anti-governmental organisational stands largely blocking city’s desired unfold in all references.
