Jalgaon city municipal corporation administration and its ruling party tussle has come into picture with negations on general body majority passed decision of revoking tendered builder in housing project without penal action. The administration has planned to reject this general body resolution and follow state not to allow so. The housing project is already in Court scanner and this resolution amidst this state has put legalities in a fix. Key concerns are raised costs if project is continued again with new builder, financial losses in form of interest component for this advance paid and damages and breakages to this mixed structure made till this point.
