Co-operative department distributes 49 Crores deposits, 34.52 Crores still lying:
State co-operative department has distributed 49.95 Crores deposits of various co-operative depositors in the financial year 2010-11 under State soft loan for societies. The balance fund of 34.52 Crores received from State is yet to be distributed from total of 83.56 Crores fund received in 5 phases by district administration.
State funded soft loan caps returning deposits within 50,000 from 133 co-operative societies having locked down due to various reasons and has special priority to widowed, handicapped and below poverty line depositors.
