Jalgaon district administration has sent proposal of requirement of additional 15 hectares land for Jalgaon airport work to State government. Jalgaon airport currently has 43 hectares land and the AAI initiated work is in full pace for possible commercial landing in December 2011. The proposed additional land is towards passenger facilitation and likely services.
