Raver Matran project inaugurated:
Matran medium sized project aiming to avail direct pipe lines based water supplies to farmers rather current open flowing canal based water was inaugurated yesterday. The project targets around 500 hectares land and is one of unique attempts to increase irrigable land watering by double at estimated cost of Rs. 4 Crores. It would connect pipe lines of around 13.50kms to benefit Raver, Munjalwadi and Khiroda based agricultural land and the project location being on Satpuda hills would also ease farmers to get water without electricity.
