State Election commission clarifies on Varangaon council formation:
Maharashtra State Election Commission has clarified its policy and process aspect on formation of Varangaon municipal council. It has suggested State to continue with the council formation process after completion of district council (ZP) and all Panchayat under it and not to alter any of Panchayat limits until the election commission. This has sent the council formation process in backyard and is likely to take 4-6 months ahead to complete.
